• Once you purchase a plan or session through our website, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your booking and next steps within 1 hour.

• Access to services (e.g., personal training sessions, meal plans, or consultations) will be delivered digitally via email, WhatsApp, or through your user dashboard, based on your preference.

• For live sessions (video calls), you will receive calendar invites or links to join your session at the scheduled time.

• Programs begin within 24-48 hours of successful payment unless a different start date is requested during checkout.

• Nutrition plans are typically delivered within 2 working days after your onboarding consultation.
