REFUND POLICY

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds once a plan is purchased and service has begun (i.e., onboarding is complete or the first session has been delivered).

  • For long-term plans, you may request a pro-rated refund within the first 7 days if you're dissatisfied, subject to review.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

 

Trainer Unavailability

In the rare case your trainer is unavailable, we will reschedule or assign a substitute trainer.
